It’s so easy to look at an outdated window display and walk away with no interaction but if you have no choice to but to walk in and enquire/register, what a better experience you will receive.

When we are closed we have a prominent QR code which takes potential buyers to our listings but during office hours we want to meet you.

We have a sofa designed to meet and greet our new potential buyers and sellers, no sterile environment just a welcoming atmosphere. Do you now think an outdated window display with properties that may have sold, are not longer listed or are now a different price is the forward way in agency? (it is a full time job to update a display in itself)
