BUDGET - what can you afford? Speak to a local mortgage broker, let me know if you need a recommendation.

WANT OR NEED - make a list of the things you want and the things you need. Most likely you won’t have millions to spend on the perfect home so compromise is key and knowing from the get go what is really essential to you is important.

BE OPEN MINDED - we will encourage you to view all properties within your price range. You’d be surprised at how your wants/needs change as you see what is out there!

ASK - if you don’t know, ask us!!

BE HONEST - build a relationship with agents. We see new properties all the time, if we know what you are looking for well enough, we can let you know about off market opportunities that we think may suit.

TRUST YOUR GUT - love the house, ticks lots of boxes - go for it and make an offer! Not sure? Go back and second view. Definitely not the one, tell us and we will find you something else! It’s an exciting time and we are here to help 🏡
