After being on the market for just over two weeks (17 days to be precise), we were delighted to agree a sale for our client. We were able to negotiate an additional 2.37% which easily over our fee and contribute towards solicitors fees. This is always our aim when selling; to ensure our clients are better off having used us. Inevitably there were a few twists along the way - an international pandemic being one!! Nevertheless the team worked tirelessly and in under 3 months we were (metaphorically) handing over keys to the new owners whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines.
