0.7% OVER ASKING PRICE! Katie originally sold this flat to her sellers many years ago so was delighted when they approached her to sell it for them. At the time the property was at the end process of sorting cladding issues and all we were awaiting was an EWS1 form, simple right? Wrong, with one thing and another we had a few complications but our patient buyer was more than happy to see it through. It was a great day when we could finally give her the keys. She has since sent us pictures and says she is settling in well.
