106.7% ACHIEVED! When we were approached by the executors to of this property to sell this property we were very excited. We received several offers on the day and decided to go with a lovely family who were looking for a long term family home. Now not all sales fly through, our buyers had to patiently wait for the grant of probate but were happy to wait for their dream home. A month later we were delighted to hand over the keys.
