We recognise that sometimes it's incredibly different to choose between agents; I mean they're all the same right? They all advertise on Rightmove? They all look and talk the same?

It's sometimes only after switching estate agents you recognise the differences- which can be significant. The biggest assumption most sellers make is thinking that their home will actually sell - that's a given surely? Well you may be shocked to know that statistics show as many as 60% of people switch agents!!

The owners of 62 Courthill were one of those 60% and after being on the market for a few months switched to LeaderFox. It's often a little harder to sell a home second time round but we were delighted to agree a sale in 48 days after having two competing offers and even more delighted to have progressed the sale through prior to the SDLT holiday ending saving our client £15k in stamp duty!
