By ANOTHER SUCCESS IN LILLIPUT!
When Katie was recommended to our seller she was delighted given the prestigious address and location. We were faced with a little challenge as the owner was ABNB the property and were fully booked which meant we only had a couple of weekly hour slots to show viewers around. But we knew a house in this location, it wasnt going to take long to find a buyer. Sure enough a great price was achieved and even though we were still working around the ABNB timelines we managed to get the sale completed in just under 3 months.
