"When choosing your ‘moving team’  i.e your estate agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors make sure you do your research. Choosing the wrong company/person to represent you can be costly! My advice is to look online at their websites, social media pages, and most importantly google reviews. Reviews are the biggest testament and are true accounts of how their customer felt."

We see it time and time in our industry whether its because the sellers chose another agent over us but came back when it didn't work out or they chose a 'cheap' solicitors who then were slow & not proactive. It is such a crucial element to selling as you will be working with these companies for a lengthly period of time.
