Not every success story is straightforward. Often as a team, we get the greatest satisfaction when we overcome a challenge. The property had already been on the market for a few months with a bigger agency in Ashley Cross. We were confident with our new strategy and improved marketing we could get a sale agreed. And we did... but sadly it fell through. This was gutting especially as our client has just found her next home. We redoubled our efforts and thankfully managed to generate new interest in the property and despite it now being on the market for 70+ days we got two competing offers. After careful consideration, we accepted a lower offer from what we believed to the best buyer for the property. After the earlier experience, certainty was of paramount importance. Just 79 days later, with a chain of over 5 properties, we were able to exchange contracts. There were testing moments during the sales progression but we got there... successfully.
