One of other steers to living here is the fantastic school catchment. You have Lilliput Infant school and Baden Powell & St Peters Junior school whom both have excellent Ofsted reports. The prestigious Parkstone Yacht club is one of the most sought after marinas in Poole with many luxury super yachts and boats (don't get too excited though as there is a long waiting list).
