WE LOVE A HAPPY ENDING! Not all our success stories go as smoothly as we want .... We were approached by our sellers in 2019, at that time they had been on the market with another agent for some time with no offers, we were recommended by one of their friends and sure enough managed to get an offer in the first few weeks. Our sellers needed to find and this proved to be difficult as not a lot was coming onto the market. Our buyers patiently waited but when their buyers started putting pressure on they sadly had to withdraw. Our sellers decided they wanted to take a breather and would look to remarket in the future. We remarketed the property in Summer 2021, again securing a buyer (one of our sellers) on our first launch. We had a few hurdles to overcome with the bottom of our chain which meant it took longer than we hoped. Last Friday we couldn't be happier to tell them the long-awaited news they had COMPLETED!!!! Katie followed them up at the weekend and was delighted to hear they are all settled and said it was worth the wait. We love a happy ending.
